Christopher A. Wiklof is a registered patent agent who focuses on patent preparation and prosecution in a range of technical fields including optics, physics, mechanical, software, electronics, material science, and process technology arts. Mr. Wiklof is experienced with in-house development of intellectual property and patent strategies. He is available and experienced as an expert witness/expert consultant in litigation related to bar code technology, non-impact printing, and scanned beam systems. Mr. Wiklof entered the intellectual property field first as an inventor and holds about 50 U.S. patents. Mr. Wiklof received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Washington in 1982 and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Idaho in 1984. Mr. Wiklof has managed interdisciplinary development teams of engineers, scientists, and technologists and has significant experience in Product Management and the development of product and platform strategies. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wiklof was in-house Director of Patent Prosecution for a scanned beam display and image capture technology company.
