Profile
Paul F. Rusyn is a registered patent attorney and focuses his practice on the procurement of patent rights in various high technology areas, including specific expertise in analog circuits, semiconductor process and circuits, memory systems and devices (e.g., DRAM, SDRAM, FLASH, and SRAM), wireless communications systems such as OFDM systems, fuel cell systems, encryption systems, optical systems, computer architecture, Internet graphical user interfaces, and nanotechnology. Paul also provides client counseling on intellectual property issues such as patent infringement and invalidity opinions as well as due diligence matters. Before joining the firm, Mr. Rusyn worked for two nationally known intellectual property law firms, and worked as an engineer for nearly five years designing digital and analog circuits for control-related applications. Mr. Rusyn received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Washington and is a member of the Washington State Patent Law Association.
